Kirstie is a family law specialist accredited by the Queensland Law Society.

Kirstie undertook a Bachelor of Laws at the Queensland University of Technology before commencing her Articles of Clerkship in a boutique family law firm, Margaret Jones Solicitor.

Kirstie has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of family law, including complex financial and parenting matters. Kirstie is a former member of the Queensland Law Society’s Specialist Accreditation Family Law Advisory Committee and the Queensland Law Society’s Family Law Committee.

Kirstie is a qualified collaborative lawyer and member of the Queensland Association of Collaborative Practitioners and is happy to discuss the process of collaborative law.

With a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, Jasmin was admitted to legal practice in March 2023 and now joins the Day Family Law team as a Solicitor.
