Kirstie undertook a Bachelor of Laws at the Queensland University of Technology before commencing her Articles of Clerkship in a boutique family law firm, Margaret Jones Solicitor.
Kirstie has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of family law, including complex financial and parenting matters. Kirstie was appointed to and sat on the Queensland Law Society’s Specialist Accreditation Family Law Advisory Committee from 2019 until 2023 and previously sat on the Queensland Law Society’s Family Law Committee.
Kirstie is a qualified collaborative lawyer and member of the Queensland Association of Collaborative Practitioners and is happy to discuss the process of collaborative law.

Nicola Goodwin completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the Queensland University of Technology in 2017. She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2018.
